Boston Blowout

After 22 years, Boston Celtics won their 17th NBA title by beating the LA Lakers on a 131-92 blowout in Game 6 at the TD Banknorth arena. A stunning 39 pt. rout, the second largest winning margin in NBA Finals history. Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen scored 26 pts. each and Paul Pierce with 17 pts. and 10 ast. took the Finals MVP award.
