As a member of our team you will provide technical support of our desktop and web based software products via phone, email, and fax to users in Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista environments. Perform software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution. Efficiently and concisely document customer calls/email support inquiries and resolution into our customer contact system. Test and report errors in company internal systems and tracking tools.
Research and understand new and emerging computer products and technologies and how they relate to our industry and products. Ideal candidates will have prior experience providing PC software support services for operating system platforms including Microsoft Windows 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP and Vista; excellent problem solving skills; recognizes when to ask for assistance; manages time well; can increase productivity to meet rising customer demand; analytical abilities to research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action in a variety of situations in order to ensure accurate resolution to customer's problem; provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, printers and network drive mapping. Communication & organizational skills to work in a fast paced, team environment, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Technical or industry certification or degree a plus.
