Did you folks now about eudcedit? I never learned about it until I read it in a forum posting.
To start the program go to Run in the Start Menu then type eudcedit and
click OK.
It will then open the program, and you just select a hexadecimal code for
your first character from the grid to start then click OK and you are now
ready to begin designing. Using the set of drawing tools on the left you
can do your own design. When you have finished you can save your character,
either in a particular font, or all fonts.
You can now use your design in your documents,websites,emails and others.

Body Burden Chemical Testing
Body Burden is a term used to determine the amount of chemical substances (naturally and man-made) present in a person's body at a given point in time. These are caused by instances such as chemicals from the food we eat or drink and various chemicals which we are exposed with within our lifetime such as pesticides, drugs and household/industrial products.
Some chemicals or their breakdown products (metabolites) lodge in our bodies for only a short while before being excreted, but continuous exposure to such chemicals can create a "persistent" body burden. Arsenic, for example, is mostly excreted within 72 hours of exposure. Other chemicals, however, are not readily excreted and can remain for years in our blood, adipose (fat) tissue, semen, muscle, bone, brain tissue, or other organs. Chlorinated pesticides, such as DDT, can remain in the body for 50 years. Whether chemicals are quickly passing through or are stored in our bodies, body burden testing can reveal to us an individual's unique chemical load and can highlight the kinds of chemicals we are exposed to as we live out each day of our lives. Of the approximately 80,000 chemicals that are used in the United States, we do not know how many can become a part of our chemical body burden, but we do know that several hundred of these chemicals have been measured in people's bodies around the world.
Significantly, most of these products are known to produce harm in humans and could causes several diseases such as cancer,birth defects,poisoning,lung problems,mental retardation and many others. Unfortunately, these not all these products are tested before it emerges out of the consumer market and poses a much higher risk on the health of humans.

I met this BJJ world champion, Bibiano Fernandes 2 years ago in Gilberto's shop (Jiu-jitsu Pro Gear) at Manhattan Beach,CA. That time I didn't have any idea about him. Prevent Staph Infection (MRSA)
Staphylococcus aureus also commonly called Staph, is a gram positive micro bacterium found normally on the skin or in the nose of a person, that can cause a range of illnesses from minor skin infections, such as pimples, impetigo, boils, cellulitis and abscesses, to life-threatening diseases, such as pneumonia, meningitis, endocarditis, Toxic shock syndrome (TSS), and septicemia.It occur as a commensal bacteria on human skin (particularly the scalp, armpits and groins); it also occurs in the nose (in about 25% of the population) and throat and less commonly, may be found in the colon and in urine. Finding of Staph under these circumstances does not always indicate infection and therefore does not always require treatment.
However, Staph infection affects more people than AIDS and HIV and poses a serious threat to humans in it's most nastiest form, MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). Dubbed methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), it was one of the first germs to outwit all but the most powerful drugs. MRSA infection can be fatal.
MRSA is spread through person to person contact or contamination via inanimate object such as towels in cases of gyms and spas,bed linens and other objects found in the hospital setting.
Emphasis on basic hand washing techniques are therefore effective in preventing the transmission of MRSA. The use of disposable aprons and gloves by staff reduces skin-to-skin contact and therefore further reduces the risk of transmission.
I would recommend the use of these disinfectants or sanitizing agents that you could use before and after hitting the gym or just carry it along wherever you go.

You Wouldn't Get Pho
Sorry I'm just foolin' around with the title. I can't get it out of my head, I like THE GAME and his song You Woundn't Get Far. Yet, none of these has something to do with this post anyways. This is about PHO BO (pronounced as FA) or Beef Pho (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) which is one of the most nutritious and healthy soups around. If you are a beef lover this would be your thing! Very tasty!.
In this post I would like to share on how you could make your very own home-made PHO!
The stock can be made a day in advance, you should use fresh herbs. This soup is all about the stock and the herbs (so pick the freshest ingredients from your local grocer). Well, in other cases you should learn this tip. (They do sell packets of PHO mix in some asian groceries which sell Vietnamese stuff) So for those of you who wanted a quick meal this one is for you.
In this post I would like to share on how you could make your very own home-made PHO!
The stock can be made a day in advance, you should use fresh herbs. This soup is all about the stock and the herbs (so pick the freshest ingredients from your local grocer). Well, in other cases you should learn this tip. (They do sell packets of PHO mix in some asian groceries which sell Vietnamese stuff) So for those of you who wanted a quick meal this one is for you.
The usual preparation time is about 4 1/2 hours and that is a lot of time. For those busy people I would recommend buying the pho packets for the stock instead.
Here are the ingredients:
For the stock you would need
2 lbs beef shank or beef brisket
1 lb oxtails or beef bones
1 lb lean stewing beef, in one piece
2 ounces fat (e.g. lard)
1 large onion, with peel
3 ounces fresh ginger, with peel
5 star anise
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 1/2 pounds dried flat rice noodles
1/2 pound frozen beef sirloin
For the garnish you need:
1/2 lb bean sprouts
1 bunch shallots, sliced
fresh red chili, chopped
lime wedges
hot chili sauce
fresh mint leaves
fresh coriander leaves
fresh basil leaves
Hoisin sauce
Directions:
Place the beef knuckle in a very large (9 quart or more) pot. Season with salt, and fill pot with 2 gallons of water. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 2 hours.
Skim fat from the surface of the soup, and add the oxtail and onions. Tie the anise pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns and ginger in a cheesecloth or place in a spice bag; add to the soup. Stir in sugar, salt and fish sauce. Simmer over medium-low heat for at least 4 more hours (the longer, the better). At the end of cooking, taste, and add salt as needed. Strain broth, and return to the pot to keep at a simmer. Discard spices and bones. Reserve meat from the beef knuckle for other uses if desired.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Soak the rice noodles in water for about 20 minutes, then cook in boiling water until soft, but not mushy, about 5 minutes. Slice the frozen beef paper thin. The meat must be thin enough to cook instantly.
Place some noodles into each bowl, and top with a few raw beef slices. Ladle boiling broth over the beef and noodles in the bowl. Serve with hoisin sauce and hot chili sauce on the side. Set onion, cilantro, bean sprouts, basil, green onions, and lime out for garnish on top of the soup if preferred.
I hope you enjoy this exciting beef soup. The best part would be it's like going to the gym and sweating it out without the exercise (eating while you sweat, priceless!).

For generations we all knew that there was this organ in our body that we had little or no information about, that is our Appendix. It has been dismissed as superfluous,at often times we question science and God for it's existence. Most doctors and surgeons figured out that it had no function and had them routinely removed yet,people lived fine without them. When infected, it could turn real deadly.This is about to change our views right now!
There is a new research made by the Duke University Medical School, They found out that the appendix seems related to the massive amounts of bacteria populating our entire digestive system. Sometimes the normal flora (natural inhabitant) of bacteria in the intestines die or are purged.Deadly diseases such as cholera and dysentery would extinguish the useful bacteria. The appendix replenishes useful bacteria in that case.(from the Journal of Theoretical Biology)
As my conclusion to this, do not take this little guy for granted and thank it for supplying us good bacteria to fight the harmful ones. There are little things in life we take for granted, what we didn't knew could save our lives someday. Hope this article opened your mind somehow. Ciao!

Farewell PRIDE FC
2007 was the year of upsets in the fastest growing sport in the world, MMA. Not only that, It is also time to say goodbye to the once premiere organization of MMA, PRIDE FC + (1997-2007).
Since it's franchise under the Zuffa banner, Pride and UFC was supposed to merge and become one big happy family. Too bad that didn't happen, Suddenly things changed when the parent company Zuffa, managed to trick Pride enthusiasts that became a living nightmare.
They bought Pride FC for a cause and that was to take it's stars out and transfer them in the UFC to make it the world's premiere MMA organization. Thanks to Mr. Dana White and the Fertitta brothers for ruining everything. At the start of this week, it was official that PRIDE FC is closing it's Japanese headquarters in Tokyo.

At ADCC, Marcelo has won the 66-76 kg division three times in a row (2003/2005/2007), been awarded the most technical fighter twice (2003 and 2007), and won the best fight award in 2005. In 2005, he also finished in third place in the absolute (open weight) division and in 2007 finished second in the absolute division. Wow! what an impressive resume that is.

And last but not the least in my list of top instructionals and fighters of all time
would be Marcelo Garcia.
He is considered by many to be one of the top jiu-jitsu and submission grappling fighters. Marcelo has five world championship titles in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, two of them as a black belt (in 2004 and 2006). He also has many submission grappling titles, including ones from the prestigious ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship. At ADCC, Marcelo has won the 66-76 kg division three times in a row (2003/2005/2007), been awarded the most technical fighter twice (2003 and 2007), and won the best fight award in 2005. In 2005, he also finished in third place in the absolute (open weight) division and in 2007 finished second in the absolute division. Wow! what an impressive resume that is.
He has released 4 sets of instructional videos and like Saulo, His innovations had gone to the extreme and thus , makes him "The Most Technical" of grapplers around the planet. In his sets called:

What you will learn on these tapes is that Marcelo Garcia’s techniques are not based on size, strength or superior conditioning. His moves are so unique that most of his opponents are unsure of that to do when fighting him. What Marcelo teaches is the exact strategies and techniques he used to win the 2003 Submission Grappling World Championships.
Closely resembling the way Mario Sperry teaches, Marcelo not only explains in detail each technique, he teaches his complete game from the beginning of the match that leads to these incredible techniques. This allows you to understand what leads up to these moves working in real fighting and sparing. Learn Garcia’s amazing new X-Guard and his brutal Arm Drag technique that allowed to him to take the back of four of his opponents, choking out three of them in the World Championships! You will also see that Marcelo Garcia has reworked many older moves with new variations, making them dangerous new techniques that you will want to learn! This incredible series also shows many of his fight clips during the teaching so you can see him do the move in live action and then watch him teach it.
