There's an ointment that you can apply to your skin if you wanna prevent new wounds from becoming scars. It's called Sebo de Macho, a cream-like topical ointment that you can buy over the counter at an asian drug store or beauty shop. It is for all types of wounds like bruises, abrasions, contusions, grazes or any type of wound in which the topmost layer of your skin is scraped off.
Don't apply it to a fresh bloody wound but wait until the wound is about to dry and heal or about to form a scab then apply it over and around the healing dry wound. Apply it regularly as often as you want until you see your skin completely healed and back to normal color. Depending on how big your wound is, it usually takes 2 weeks for a small bruised skin to be back to normal after applying Sebo de Macho.
This product is not for old scars but to prevent new wounds from becoming scars. You can also buy it online here.

According to Philusa, sebo de macho (ingredients / components) is made of refined and deodorized mutton tallow (hard fat from sheep).Contains 0.2% free fatty acid, 2.0 MEQ/kg peroxide, 40-47 iodine, 0.3% moisture, and colour lovibond 5 1/4" (red max 1.5, yellow max 15). Hope this helps.
Im a genius! lol..I knew it is some kind of animal oil and judging by its smell, it sure smells like sheep lard or oil. Many people are wondering and have no clue what is SDM ingredient due to lack of information on the container. I suspected from the beginning that is indeed a sheep byproduct.
